    3. Orders and Payments

    • By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected food and beverage items.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery address outside our service area.
    • You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and delivery fees, to your chosen payment method.
    • All payments are processed securely through Payhere, our trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
    • Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed and prepared.
    • In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed until successful payment is received.

    4. Delivery and Pickup

    • Delivery Service: We offer door-to-door delivery service within Mannar. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and within our service area.
    • Store Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order from our location at No:01 old library complex, Mannar during our operating hours (8AM - 11PM, Monday - Sunday).
    • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your orders.
    • Estimated delivery times provided are approximate and may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, and weather.
    • Delivery fees may apply based on your location within Mannar.
    • You or an authorized person must be available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for orders left unattended at your request.
    • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any issues immediately to our customer support.

    5. Returns and Refunds

    Important: No Returns or Refunds

    Due to the perishable nature of food items and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been prepared and delivered or picked up.

We will review your complaint on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or credit for a future order at our discretion.
    • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our policies.

    6. Food Safety and Allergies

    • We follow strict food safety and hygiene standards in the preparation of all our menu items.
    • Our kitchen handles various ingredients including common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and seafood.
    • If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
    • Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and consult with our staff before ordering.
    • City Cool is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our food items.
